All reserved appointments require a credit card on file. We've updated our cancellation policy to serve our clients and staff best.

All cancellations to be made 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Cancellations made on short notice are difficult, if not impossible, for our stylists to rebook. While we understand that unexpected inconveniences occur, the cancellation policy is in place to protect our stylists & their time.

Appointments cancelled after the 24-hour window will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Same-day or last-minute cancellations and no-shows will be responsible for 100% of the service price.
